Nick Hogan is in jail serving his sentence.  And he is complaining big time during recorded phone conversations in jail!

TMZ has obtained recordings of Nick Hogan's conversations and here is a quick list of the most outrageous statements made by Hogan while in jail.

1.  His friend John deserves his coma.
2.  Hulk Hogan has organized a hearing to get his son out of jail e

arly.
3.  Nick will not change out of his jail outfit to see the judge so he can be pitied.
4.  Nick really begs his father to get him out.
5.  Linda Hogan thinks that John's mom (the mother of the boy who was put in coma) is nasty & Nick thinks that is correct.
6.  If he could do it again,Nick would plead not guilty and face trial.
7.  Nick says his jail cell is only half the size of his bathroom at the mansion.
