The famous UFO's have returned to Phoenix, Arizona.  Unidentified lights were observed in Phoenix in 1997 and now many people saw them again two days ago.

Witnesses in Phoenix claim that they could observe 5 red lights that seemed to move in changing formations.  The lights then slowly disappeared as jets moved  towards the UFO's. 

A spokesperson for the local military base claims that there were no Air Force aircraft in the sky on that evening.  Watch The Phoenix UFO  Video
