Many Americans have never thought they could pay less taxes just by moving to another part of the country.  Most decide where to live on the basis of where they are employed, the quality of the schools and close location to their family.

But perhaps they overlook another important factor: taxes!  Within counties, taxes can be quite different and moving from a particular city may also lower tax burden.
