Cheese is perhaps the most used food item in today’s culinary world.   Made from coagulating milk, cheese has been around since time immemorial.

Most of the fast food we eat everyday has some version of cheese in it. Although cheese is full of fats and it is heavy on the stomach, the nutty flavor and creamy taste is simply irresistible.

The flavor factor also depends on the butterfat contents and employing various species of bacteria and molds to get the texture and bland flavor of a particular cheese.

You may have seen yellow and red cheese. The color is a result of an ingredient called annatto.
