You might have tasted mustard while eating hot dog or burger. This potent yellow paste tastes hot and has some distant flavor.
Mustards are mostly used in cooking and with fast food items. Mustard is a common table condiment which is made of mustard seeds, some vinegar, salt and pepper and some sugar to reduce the spicyness.
Mustard paste comes in variety of flavors. There is mild American mustard,  hot dark, fully intensified English mustard as well as

German and French mustards. Each version has its own distinctive flavor and taste.
You can find standard, brown colored French mustard which is relatively strong and the creamier, milder and yellowish Dijon mustard with is mild and tastes better than other table mustard variety.
Regardlessof the variety, mustard can enhance the taste and can add a subtle and distant flavor to any dish.
